Carol, you meant a lot to me. When I first started coming to LCCK, it was you who made me feel most welcome and you were a big part of our decision to join LCCK. You welcomed us into your extended family, taught us several of your favorite games (which we in turn have taught others), and became a wonderful friend. Of all my memories of time spent with you, my favorite and most memorable is last March when you and your sister Elaine visited me in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We had so much fun checking out the area and playing games in the evening. I have included here my favorite photo of that trip. It says it all, especially after hearing the popcorn story at your service. May you rest in peace. You have been an amazing servant and friend and will be missed by all.

Friend, Mother, Grandmother, Mother of the Church, Child of God, Gift from God.
One knew everything would be just fine when Carol showed up.
She would volunteer me for everything from lector to the church directory, and I would serve in her honor.
I was so happy to light up her office, assisting her macular degenerating vision in performing her daily works, which was to maintain us all for the benefit of even more souls.
Everything I could do for her, I did with gratefulness for the opportunity, because she always did so much more.
She touched so many we have to go outside our small sanctuary to sit the masses who will come out of respect, love, and mourning of the one who touched us all.
