Dear Loren and Family,
I only knew Carol for a year, but I saw her nearly everyday, and very soon recognized what an incredible, special lady she was. She always greeted me by name and with a big smile... even on those days she might have not felt well, or had pain-- she still continued to smile. It is a smile I will greatly miss. I am a better person for having known her. Thank you for sharing her with us at University Place Care Center! My condolences, love and prayers are with you all.
