Uncle Carlos the lost of your presence on this earth has touched me deeply leaving me with a sense of sorrow and emptiness inside. I know many may thing how could this be, it has been a life time since we have seen one another. But never underestimate the power of family, your blood runs deep. Thoughts of you will be with me until we are reunited once again. My condolences to my Aunt and Cousins I know that my sorrow pales in comparison to what you may be feeling. You have had the pleasure of seeing and talking to uncle daily and his passing must be unbearable but he lives on in our thoughts, in our hearts and in heaven. I would like to express my condolences to one of my dearest friends Carol(YOO-HOO) and her boys Marshall,Kenny and David. I had the pleasure of meeting Carlos and I found him to be quite a character. Carol and I would be getting off of work and he'd be waiting outside for her and he always gave me a smile and a wave. We would be chatting on the telephone and Carol and him were always messing around and teasing each other and would be having me laughing hysterically. They were quite a pair and I will miss his sense of humor. So...until we meet again, rest in peace. (At least until Carol get's there!!) Ha Ha! Don't worry, I'll be looking out for your Wifey! I don't remember when you played the piano for me when I was a baby; and I don't remember being in your arms when I was a baby but I have pictures to prove it. Same as I have pictures with you and Charlie. I do remember the kindness of you and auntie Carol when we went to New York. I do remember playing with my cousins and going to school with them. I even remember you and auntie extending your home to me when I needed it in Washington State. I remember Thanksgiving because auntie cooked her but-off and it was good) and Christmas as well. I do remember Grandpa visiting with Auntie Saberna. Most of all, I will never forget the tender look in your eyes and most of all your smile. I love you dearly Aunti Carol, Marshall, Kenny and David. My dear Cousins, I'm sorry that our Dear Carlos is not with us anymore, God choose him to be with him in his kingdom to watch over us, to be our Guardian Angel. He was a great guy. I remember our years in Panama as teenagers. all the fun memories we spent. Gone but never forgotten, farewell not goodbye we will meet again in a better place. He was gone before we knew it, and only God knows why, a million times we will miss you, a million times we will cry, if love alone could save him for sure he never would have died. In life we loved him dearly, in death we love him still, in our hearts he hold a place no one else can fill. it broke our hearts to lose our dear Carlos, but he didn't go alone for part of us went with him the day God took him home. We will meet again some day, I know in a mighty better place. I thank God for all his blessings and for making you part of our lives while you were on earth. Carol and the Boys...I am so sorry about the passing of your husband and your father. What I know about him and had the pleasure of meeting him, he was a very nice person with a great sense of humor. It's just so shocking to me that he is really gone. I am here for you in your time of need, whether it is just calling to say "HI" or sharing a few laughs.
