C. Virginia (Seaburg)'s Obituary
C. Virginia (Seaburg) Jacobs died May 18th at Tacoma Lutheran Home. She was born April 16, 1923 in Tacoma to Rudolph and Verna Seaburg. She grew up on McNeil Island and graduated from Clover Park High School. She earned her teachers degree from PLU and taught in Parkland Elementary, James Sales and Andrew Christenson schools as well as three years in Germany. She married Alvin Jacobs and moved to Vaughn after retirement. She enjoyed and was an active member of Key Peninsula Lutheran Church. She is survived by her niece, LeeAnn Perry; nephews, Jaime Seaburg and Mark Seaburg; step-daughter, Carol Pelander; granddaughters, Heidi Juergens and Heidi Graham; and grandson, Tom Gurel.Everyone is welcome, graveside services will be held 3:30pm, Wed. May 21, 2003 at Mountain View Memorial Park, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. S.W., Tacoma.A memorial service will be held at Key Peninsula Lutheran Church at 7:00 pm Thurs.
