Bruce Michael Huffman's Obituary
Bruce M. Huffman was born in Tacoma, WA. on February 24, 1943 and was a lifelong Tacoma resident. His parents were Roscoe R. and Garniel R. Huffman. He graduated from Franklin Pierce High School and began a career as a shipyard worker and later was a lumber mill worker then becoming a cook years later.
Bruce was a Disciple of Jesus Christ, trusting him as his savior when he was a teen. He was a quiet, gentle, loving gracious man and enjoyed local travel, spending time in the mountains and spending time with family. He was also an avid reader and preferred country music.
Bruce was preceded in death by his parents, Roscoe and Garniel Huffman and by his infant sister, Julia Huffman.
Surviving are: Brother Roy A. Huffman of Longmont, CO., sister in law Marsha S. Huffman of Longmont and Nephews Kenneth M. Huffman of Longmont, Stephen A. Huffman of DuBuque, IA, Niece Rebekah A. Huffman of Longmont, cousins Joy Cross of Tacoma, Bert and Wendell, Bradley, Rich Enloe and Lee Enloe, Suzanne Susan and David Susan and also four grand nieces. A memorial service will be determined at a later date.
