I joined Shop 67 in 1986, and Bruce was among those who smiled and made me feel comfortable and welcome. He was quick to gently tease or joke, trying to keep a straight face but the twinkle in his eyes always gave him away. He enjoyed making people smile. We tossed quick banter back and forth over the years. Nothing profound, just the kind of friendly exchange you come to depend on to get through the day. He's been out of our shop for many years, but thankfully remained himself no matter what color hard hat he wore. It is obvious that many people are deeply saddened, and feel a very personal loss. What a wonderful tribute. May his family find comfort in how so many of us enjoyed knowing him.##imported-begin##Freda Eisler##imported-end##
