Brenda Langford's Obituary
Brenda Langford, 68 years old of Tacoma, Washington passed away on Dec 16, 2023 after battling cancer.
She was born in Hamilton, Ohio April 26th, 1955. Brenda made her way to Tacoma, Washington in 1984 and never looked back, making it her home. Brenda touched the lives of many with her kindness, laughter, compassion, and unwavering love. Brenda dedicated her life to caring for others. She lived her life as a free spirit. Some of Brenda’s other passions were spending time with her family and friends, going to Danny Vernon’s (Elvis Entertainer) concerts, Brenda was an avid cook, finding joy and fulfillment in preparing delicious meals for her family. Her culinary creations were made with love and brought her family together, creating cherished memories around the dinner table. Brenda loved watching 90 day fiancé, American Idol, Real House Wives, beating everyone at cards and Yahtzee, having bonfires in her backyard, dining out, snuggling with her dogs, making a lot of memories with her grandchildren, football Sunday watching the Seahawks, and gardening. Brenda leaves behind daughter Amanda Langford, son in law Chad Wolverton, grandchildren Anarae and Kaden Mouth, her fur babies (dogs) Oreo, Cookie, Snooki, Jelly, Scooter, (cats) East, shade, siblings: Charles and Carol Doan, Cheryl Davis, nephews Travis, Jeremy, nieces Shelby, Brittany and all Brenda’s friends. She is joined in heaven with her father Levi Doan, her mother Geneva Weaver Doan, sibling Jerry Doan, her husband Michael Rivera.
Brenda will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched. May her kindness, love, and spirit continue to inspire us all.
