I worked for Brenda in the Compliance Administration group for several years. I was so impressed by the courage and dignity that she displayed when she informed our group of her illness. She was a very good example of courage in the face of life's difficulties.

I had the honor of knowing and working with Brenda for 12 years. I still remember the exact day we first met. Her smile and glow told me she was a special person. She was so curious about you as a person, you just felt special. She shared that gift with many people and it lives on in all of us that crossed paths with her. While she was capable of becoming a high level executive, she preferred to manage people. Managing people was her ministry at the Boeing Company. Nobody could laugh or make you laugh like Brenda. She had expressions for every occasion ranging from, "It's all good" to "Let's keep it real", and you knew exactly what she meant.
My deepest sympathies go out to Larry and all of Brenda's family.
Across all time and circumstance, love goes on and cannot but bring us together again.
