Brandt Stohr's Obituary
Brandt C. Stohr of Bonney Lake, WA passed away on December 23, 2023 at the age of 56 years old.
Born and raised in Lakewood, WA he grew up on American Lake where his parents, Robert and Joy Stohr (both deceased) bought and remodeled a home on the lake where Brandt and his sister, Stephanie were raised.
Brandt graduated from Clover Park High school and then from college at USC in Southern, CA with a Business Degree from their Entrepreneurial program.
Brandt had many great friends in both High school and college as well as in life. He was very involved in many extracurricular activities in High school and loved to ski with his friends. His biggest passion was building cars. He would spend hours in his parent’s garage and actually built a car from scratch, teaching himself along the way.
Brandt went onto starting a career in the Mortgage industry and then started building his own Mortgage company which grew very fast.
Brandt had met a beautiful girl, (the late) Kimberly Coleman at a New Year’s Eve party whom he married several years later on a very snowy New Year’s Eve night in a beautiful ceremony in Portland, OR.
Several years later they had 2 wonderful boys, Blake Robert Stohr (25 years old) and Wyattt Coleman Stohr (22 years old) Brandt was very proud of both of his boys.
Brandt had a quick wit, extremely smart and was loved by many. He had many interests throughout his life and always was thinking and creating new ideas to improve himself.
Brandt’s passing leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his 2 son’s, Blake and Wyatt Stohr, his sister and brother-in-law, Stephanie and Bobby D’Ambrosia and his niece and nephew, Brie and Matt D’Ambrosia.
To honor Brandt’s life and pay our final respects, his Celebration of Life will be held at Mountain View in Lakewood, WA on Sunday February 4th in the Aspen Chapel at 1 pm and the reception to immediately follow in the Willow Room.
Brandt Stohr will be remembered forever, and his legacy will live on with his 2 sons. May his soul find eternal peace and he be remembered as the wonderful, gregarious and fun-loving man he was
