I will never forget BJ. Although I was reluctant at first to except him when he moved in with my Mom and I when I was 13, that was to be expected as I had never had a male father figure before. But BJ was understanding and never pushed me. I will never forget the many times that he helped me work on my Mustang and let me help him work on his truck. He taught me to love getting in to the engine and getting greasy. I still remember the pride that I felt when he asked me to paint a piece of vinyl with his turtles tattoo to install in the roof of his truck. I felt so honored. I will never forget the trips to the race tracks and the zoo and the king salmons that he and my Mom would bring home after a day of fishing on the river. I will always laugh when I think of the time that we were working on my carburetor and he told me to give it extra gas, I asked if he was sure and he told me to floor it, I did and a huge poof of fire flew out of the carburetor and burned off his right eyebrow and left a few burnt, curled and smoking hairs, we all laughed so hard. It has been about 10 years since I have been in touch with BJ but he has always been in mine and my Mom’s thoughts. Our prayers go out to his sons Billy and Kevin and all of their family and friends at this time. BJ will be greatly missed but never forgotten and always in our hearts.##imported-begin##Kathleen M Cyr##imported-end##
