Billy Bob Milus' Obituary
Bill Milus
October 24, 1938 - February 12, 2012
After graduation from Henry C. Yerger High School in Hope, Arkansas, Bill first moved to Seattle and then decided to make Tacoma his home. Bill was preceded in death by his father Isaac, wife Sandy, and brothers Thomas, Oscar and Jim. Beloved son of Augusta, husband of Helen, father of Ron (Sandra) and Terry (Mindy), and step-father of Victoria Allen (Jason), Bill leaves many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Bill's career included work with Boeing, Planned Parenthood, and Tacoma Public Schools. A graduate of Pacific Lutheran University, member of the Iota Mu Lambda chapter of the Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity and avid sports enthusiast, Bill's greatest joys were his 8 grandchildren, Terry, Jr., Jordan, Ryan, Dakota, Bobby, Colton, Treyvon and Jack, and 2 great-grandchildren, Oliviana and Jordan, Jr. Bill touched the lives of many as a teacher at Stewart Jr. High and Lincoln High School, and as assistant principal at Mt. Tahoma and Wilson High Schools. By far his most cherished role was that of Head Football Coach at Lincoln. Bill's family would like to invite the public to share their memories with us at a memorial service in the Lincoln High School Gymnasium on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 2:00pm. Please leave an online condolence for the family at www.mountainviewtacoma.com.
