Billie Jean Lackey, age 85, born August 21, 1930 in Albuquerque, New Mexico and passed away on November 5, 2015 in Puyallup, Washington. Billie is survived by her children; Sandra Thompson, Kellie Cole, Kristy Frick, Kathy Jeffrey, Kimberly Arneberg and Norman Kirk Porter; 9 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and many more loving family members and friends. She will be deeply missed.
A committal graveside service for Billie will be held on Friday, November 13th at 1:30PM. At Mountain View Funeral Home and Memorial Park; 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. S.W., Lakewood, WA 98499.
