Beverly Jean TrosperBeverly Jean Trosper, born Feb. 3, 1927 in Des Moines, Iowa to Dorothy and Ernest Stemler, passed away in Tacoma on Nov. 9, 2004. Beverly worked at Hickam Field in Hawaii during WWII. She was married to Howard Nye, whom preceded her in death, and subsequently to All Trosper, whom also is deceased. She owned and operated TrosperÂ's Furniture and Appliance in University Place for many years. She was also active in politics and was up on current events.Beverly is survived by three children, Jennifer Andres (Paul), Jeff Nye (Joanne), and Allan Trosper and special friend Al Truitt, 3 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, brother Gary Stemler, sisters Betty Gross and Barbara Boskovich.A celebration of her life will be held at 10:00 AM on Sat., Nov. 20, 2004 in the Mt. View Celebration of Life Center, with reception immediately following.Memorial donations may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society or to the National Head Injury Foundation.
