Todd Wentworth
As my sister said, she is Aunt Bev to me. She was my "favorite aunt.” One obvious reason was that Bev was always so much fun! Another was that she was always around and available. I think of her as the woman standing near my mom, nodding her head to confirm, or sharing the same truths from a different perspective. Here is a simple (silly) example. When I was around 10 or 12, Bev loaned me a couple of her record albums to listen to, I think they were by Chicago and the Eagles. I thought she was so cool to be listening to that music and sharing it with me! I later came to appreciate the great records my parents had too, but she shared different ones. Aunt Bev broadened my view of the world.
