Beverly Ann Carlson's Obituary
Beverly Ann Carlson, 92 passed away on March 31, 2021. She was born on December 18, 1928 in Tacoma, Washington to Edith and Robert Triplett.
Bev grew up in Yakima, Washington lovingly raised by her grandparents. She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1947. During and following high school Bev worked for the Roxy theatre. In 1950, she married the love of her life, Glen Emil Carlson. They celebrated over 36 years of marriage. Bev was a member of Mason United Methodist Church and loved her fellow congregation members and church volunteer activities.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents, and her husband Glen Carlson. Bev is survived by her sister Cynthia Tkaczuk. Her children son, Guy Carlson and partner Katherine Ervin; daughter Vicki and husband Mike Duran; son Matthew Carlson and son David and partner Oksana Stadnik. She is also survived by her grandchildren, John Carlson, Melissa Carlson and wife Mckenzie, Seth and Scotney Carlson; Heather and husband Ross Cartwright. She also is survived by her great grandchildren; Matthew, Alyvia, Alicen and soon to be born Elizabeth Cartwright. She is also survived by her nieces and cousins.
Bev will be tremendously missed so much by her family and friends because of her unconditional love, enthusiasm for sports, infectious laugh and positive spirit. A service of remembrance will be held on Saturday, April 17 at 10:00 am at Mountainview Funeral Home in Tacoma, Washington. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 16, 2021 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
