Beverley Galbreath
Beverley Galbreath, age 85, a longtime Tacoma resident, passed away Wednesday October 26, 2011. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, she went to high school together with Mel Torme. She was active with the American Legion in Tacoma, a member of the Methodist Church, and she was preceded in death by her husband Glenn Galbreath in 2000. Surviving are daughter April Galbreath of Mineral, Washington, son Richard Galbreath of Tacoma, a sister, Arleen, of Jamestown, New York, and 5 grandchildren. Visitation will be held Friday, 9am to 9pm, at Mountain View Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday November 5, 2011 at 11:00A.M. at the Mountain View Valley Chapel, with a reception immediately following the graveside in the Celebration of Life Center Willow Room. Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home.
