Betty Jo Alexander's Obituary
Beloved mother and best friend, passed away January 16 at the age of 89. Born in St. Louis, she lived the last 60 years in her home in Tacoma. She was a graduate of College of Puget Sound, now UPS, served in the Navy during WWII, and was a teacher. Mom loved to garden, take long walks, and enjoyed the beach at Taylor Bay. We will miss her beautiful smile. She is survived by her children Joe Alexander, Becky Alexander, Kathie Miller, and Martha Salzman, her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at Mountain View Funeral Home on January 26, 2011 at noon in the Garden Chapel.
