Kirk, Scott, Vicki and your families - Betty has departed from this earth but will never truly be gone, she is still alive in our hearts, so through us, she lives on. She is at peace and no longer in pain. She is walking now with our family who left before her. That gives me comfort. I am so glad that I was able to see her this summer. We had very good talks that I enjoyed so much and that she also enjoyed. We talked about things that we both hadn't thought about in years. It was fun to go back in time and reconnect. She loved her family so much. She talked of you three and the wonderful families that you have. She was so proud of who you had become and so proud of her grandchildren and who they have become. Her eyes sparkled with the love she had for you all. My heartfelt and deepest condolences go to each one of you now.
