Betty Ann Boyd's Obituary
Betty Ann Boyd passed away peacefully on September 3, 2025 at Hospice House in University Place, due to complications from MS. She was a lifelong resident of Tacoma, born on September 25, 1960.
She was preceded in death by her beloved sister Susan, her parents Jack and LaWauna, and her grandparents, Allyn and Rose, and William and Margaret.
Betty graduated from Lincoln High School in 1979. She had a dedicated career as the office manager at Alpine Cold Storage. She loved watching the Mariners and the Seahawks and Friday night dinners with her Uncle. She also loved road trips, shopping, champagne, Wordle, and crab, as well as spending time with family and friends, especially her nieces. Betty was well known for her amazing memory for dates and times, and served as the family historian.
Despite her physical challenges, Betty was always cheerful, and concerned for the well being of those around her. To know her was to love her, and she will be dearly missed.
