Betty Ann Pollock's Obituary
Betty was born in Hillsboro, Oregon on October 2, 1945 to Glenn & Betty Werre, she resided in Tacoma for the past 41 years. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 30 ½ years John Robert Pollock, Jr. She was also preceded in death by her sister Linda and brother Glenn Edward Â"EddieÂ" Werre.She is survived by her children; Toni Robin, Michael Evan, Richard John (Kim), Robert Lee (Natalie), Sally Ann (Dave), Jeffrey Glenn and 13 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter, as well as her sister Susan Turner (Harold), brother Joseph Werre (Christina) and numerous nieces and nephews.Betty enjoyed working with children and youth, including 8 years as a Campfire Leader, 3 years with AWANA and 8 years as a Daycare Coordinator for Chalet Bowl.She also enjoyed camping in the Northwest and day trips to Mt. Rainier & Mt. St. Helens. She also enjoyed craftwork, which she graced many of us with as gifts as well as League Bowling.In her last days the 23 Psalm has brought her much comfort.She was a founding member and attended New Vine Fellowship of Pierce County.
