Bettina Christina Wellisch's Obituary
Bettina Christina Wellisch, age 104 of Steinbach passed away Friday afternoon, February 18th, 2022.
She was born March 9th, 1917 in Steinbach Germany, a daughter of Johann and Maria Sauer.
Bettina was preceded in death by her husband Tony, her siblings Anna, Eva, Joseph, Karl, Killian, Peter, Elizabeth, Adam and a grandchild Scott Weaver. She was a devoted member of Our Lady Queen of Heaven Church, she was a devoted mother, mother-in-law, grandmother (Oma), greatgrandmother (UrOma) and greatgreatgrandmother (UrUrOma). She enjoyed her days spent with family, She enjoyed spending time gardening and loved quality time with family and friends. One of her many joys included cooking, she loved the smiles it brought to those sharing her table. Bettina spent her young life as a seamstress while riding her bicycle many of those years through rain, snow and the hot summer sun.
She was a shining example to those around her. She was a very griving and caring person. Bettina's faith in God kept her strong and without a doubt earned her a special spot in heaven. Many of her days were spend as a prayer warrior. She loved God, Jesus and the virgin Mother Mary. Bettina is survived by her Daughter and Son in Law Sibylle Weaver (Eugene) of Tacoma Washington, Her grandchildren Patricia (Tim) Pierce, Stephen (Cathi) Nelson, Michael (Donna) Nelson. Greatgrandchildren Christopher, Marlene, James, Natalie, Ty. Greatgreatgreandchildren Corbin, Arrianna, Matthew, Stephen, Amillia, Wesley and Madalyn
