Bertha I. Sakshaug of Tacoma, Washington passed away Thursday, June 13, 2019 at the age of 100 years old. She was born on January 2, 1919 to Cecil Detienne and Anna Tinenko in Bainville, Montana. She was Beautician for many years who was well-known and loved by many. She was known as a dedicated loving Wife, mother, grandmother,sister, and friend.
Bertha is preceded in death by her father and mother, Cecil and Anna. As well as her loving husband, Dale Sakshaug.
Bertha is survived by; her daughters, Jan Riley (Patrick) and Sue Simpson. Her grand-son's; John, Ian, and Shane. Her great-grandson; Gregory. She is also remembered by her three brothers Don Detienne, Darrell Detienne, and Craig Detienne.
Her church service will be held on Saturday June 29, 2019 (11am)
at The First Christian Church of Tacoma in Tacoma, Washington.
She will be laid to rest privately at Mountain View Memorial Park in Lakewood, Washington.
