Bernice Ruth Voight Tronson's Obituary
Bernice Ruth (Pregler) Voight Tronson Born September 26, 1915 in New Ulm, MN; passed on February 20, 2016 of natural causes, with family by her side. Bernice moved to Tacoma in 1943 and worked in the shipyards as a pipefitter's assistant. In 1951 she moved to her home in Fife. She was a member of St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church and was active at the Fife Senior Center. Bernice is survived by brother Ellsworth Pregler and nieces Lori and Suzy of New Ulm, MN, son Larry Voight (Elaine) of Peoria, AZ, grandchildren Julia, Sara and Jonathan Voight, great-grandchildren Harry, Sebastien, Franchesca, and Makaila, six stepchildren, Jerry, David, Donald, Stuart, Janet, and Sandy, and numerous step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews who brought joy to her life, along with many friends and neighbors. Funeral service will be held at St. Martin of Tours in Fife, WA at 11:00 am Saturday, March 5, 2016, with interment following service at Mountain View Cemetery, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd., Tacoma, WA.
