Bernadita Castro Quitugua, also known as "Bennett/Bernie," a resident of Lakewood, WA, passed away on December 14, 2009 at Franciscan Hospice House at the age of 67. Bennett is survived by her husband, Antonio C. Quitugua, two children, Jennifer and John, daughter-in-law Julie, and three grandchildren, Isayah, Jensen, and Madeleine. She is also survived by three siblings, numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends. Viewing will take place at Mountain View Funeral Home in Lakewood, WA on December 17, 2009 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Rosary will be prayed at 10:00 a.m., followed by receiving of friends at 10:30 a.m. on December 18, 2009 at St. John Bosco Catholic Church, 10508 112th Street SW, Lakewood, WA. Celebration of the Eucharist will be held at 11:00 a.m. Reception will follow. Interment scheduled for 1:30 p.m. at Mountain View Funeral Home.
