Bennie Lee Otis Tolbert, 91, of Lakewood passed away in his home on Sept. 19, 2017. Born June 17, 1926 in Jackson, Alabama and was one of 6 children. Bennie retired from the United Sates Army for 20 years and was a WWII and the Korean War Veteran.
He married his wife Kiyoko in Japan and they had two sons Mathew and Benjamin.
