Benjamin Garcia's Obituary
Benjamin James Garcia of Tacoma, WA passed away February 8, 2024 at the age of 46. He was born in Los Gatos, California on May 31, 1979 to the late Denise & Benjamin Garcia. He grew up on the East Side of Tacoma, WA & lived there for most of his life. Ben briefly lived with his family in Dayton, Ohio where he attended Job Corps in nearby Gary, Indiana for wielding. Benjamin, known by his friends & family as Ben or Huge, was an avid 49ners fan, loved gold panning, gaming, fishing & enjoyed nature.
He is preceded in death by his loving parents; Father, Benjamin “Danny” Garcia; Mother, Denise (Torres) Crumble & Step-Father, Davy “Pops” Crumble.
He is survived by his beautiful daughters; Kaylisha Fields-Garcia & Kamise Fields-Garcia, former spouse & friend; Jacqueline Fields, sisters; Danae Garcia & Quatima Truscott; brothers Eddie Crumble & Adrian Lawrence; nieces; Dalysia, Kera, Alyssa, Alysson, Qiyara & nephew; Datreon, a devoted extended family & loyal friends.
Ben’s memorial services will be held at Mountainview Funeral Home in the Oak Room on Sunday, March 30th at 2pm.
