Benny Ogas
Benny Ogas was born September 27, 1926 in Helen, West Virginia, and passed away on July 4, 2011 in Federal Way, Washington. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Violet, his children Terry, Patti, Joanne, Linda, and Benny, brothers Pete and AJ, and sisters Marie, Charlotte, Wilma, and Linda. He also leaves behind 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter and a great-grandson. He served his country in the Navy and in the Army, where he retired in 1965. He went on to work for Northwest Airlines, retiring again in 1992. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him. He was buried at Tahoma National Cemetery with military honors. Donations may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home.
