Beatrice J. Schulze's Obituary
Betty was born August 24, 1926 in Tacoma, where she lived her entire life, she passed away on December 29, 2014 at the age of 88. She would joke, “When God comes looking for me, I want him to know where to find me”. She met her husband Russell while they were both working at Mt. Rainier Ordinance Depot and married in 1947. She retired from West Coast Grocery where she worked for many years.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband Russell, sister Dorothy Manza, brothers Raymond, Harvey, Ken, Jack and Roy Braga. She is survived by her children, Mary Ann Pratt and Donald Schulze, grandchildren Rebecca, David (Tammy), Marissa, great grandson Nolan, sister Charla (Doug) Sivertson, cousin John Bechtholt (Ann), as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Betty’s sense of humor and love for her family will be greatly missed. A special thank you for all the care and support received from Franciscan Hospice.
