I just learned of this very sad news while I am attending a family reunion in Maryland. Bart and I often spoke about our mutual experiences with the Baltimore region where we both have lived. Tommorrow night I will honor Bart with eating Blue Crabs heavily seasoned with Old Bay, in Dundalk, Md, which I know Bart will smile about. I was honored to have known Bart, as a fellow military man, angler, and crusader for Trout Unlimited. Bart will always be missed, and always fondly remembered.
