Barbara A. Welfringer's Obituary
Barbara Ann Welfringer known as Bobby, Bobby Ann or “Sis” died March 4th 2020. Bobby was born July 30, 1936 in Washington DC. She grew up in Clarendon Virginia, moved to Lakeland Florida when she was twelve. Barbara graduated from Lakeland High School in 1955. Bobby Ann Hough married Manley Dale Welfringer in June of 1955 in Lakeland Florida. She and Dale moved to Steilacoom Washington soon after where she lived in until her death. She worked in publications at the Suburban times and the Western Flyer. She was a member of the Steilacoom Historical Society and the Western Travelaires Flying Club. She enjoyed family, the outdoors, all animals and playing cards. Bobby Ann died peacefully March 4th, 2020. She is survived by her Brothers Biss and Stuart Hough and families, daughter Frawn Witt, sons Chris and Dana Welfringer, daughter-in-laws Roban Welfringer and Sheli Johnson, son-in-law Michael Witt, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. With the recent health issues in the world today the Welfringer family wants everyone to consider what’s best for their families and in no way feel obligated to attend the services. Condolences can be expressed in many ways, a kind word, a simple prayer, a donation to charity, or by sending flowers.
