B. Penny Greene's Obituary
"Penny's from Heaven"Born December 23, 1940 in Bellingham, WA and went to "dance with the angels" on October 30, 2007. She was a very giving and loving woman who treasured her family and friends. Her sense of humor captured the love of all who knew her. She was a very hard worker and did everything it took to provide for her family. She retired from Fred Meyer. Christmas was always so special because of our mother. She just missed her other favorite holiday, Halloween. Her costumes were first class. She will be sorely missed by all but we are comforted that she is in the arms of Jesus.She is survived by her daughters Nanette Langevin (Mike), Theresa Reeder, and Cheryl Lien; grandchildren Erica, Jennifer, Spencer, Sarah, Chadwick, Zachary, and Nicholas; sister Nancy Burkowitz; brothers Larry, Lynn and Paul; many nieces and nephews; special friends Ardelle and Wayne Elliott and of course her special birds Buddette and Brandy. She joins her son John, mother Marie and brothers Leonard and Lee.Special thanks to the awesome and loving staff at Franciscan Hospice for making the past couple years as comfortable as possible.Services at Mountain View, Garden Chapel on November 5, 2007 at 12:00 PM; reception to follow. Viewing on Sunday November 4 from 12:00 to 9:00 PM. Donations to Franciscan Hospice in Penny's name.
