Azariah Kawika Pat Gonsalves infant son to Austin Tyler and Elizabeth Deirdre (Johnston) Gonsalves passed away August 13, 2014 at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA.
He is survived by his loving parents; older brother Elijah-Keith; paternal grandparent Jerry and Colette Celentano; paternal great-grandparents Frank and Jocelyn Resurreccion; maternal grandparents Jill Henderson and Jon Johnston; maternal great-grandparents LaVonne Carder, Shirley and Bill Wilson and great-great grandmother Margaret King.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
