Saddened to hear of the passing of Avery (Brad). I served with him in the Army Guard, and always knew I could count on him. There was never any doubt that his knowledge, competence and expertise were beyond reproach. I was always willing to accept Brad's counsel and guidance on any subject or problem. His slow southern drawl endeared him to many, especially when he was telling a story that may, or may not have been factual. Too soon the good ones go. And that's especially true for my fellow patriot, Avery Bradley Sr. You did a good life, friend. Rest In Peace.

Shocked by the loss of a wonderful man that I had the privilege of crossing paths. I worked with Avery in the military on the Counter Drug Program in the WAARNG during its start up days and a few more years. He was a young energetic man, intelligent, respected, good leader, friend and co worker. I am honored to have cross paths with Avery. Even though we went on with our separate lives, I have thought of him often. My deepest condolences to his family.

I'm so shocked and sadden by the lose of one of the best CDTF supervisors and friends I ever had. Brad was very knowledgeable and experienced, but at the same time he was so cool and laid back. I will truly miss him. His family is in my prayers and thoughts.
