Asuncion Castro Anderson,
Born on August 15, 1954, Mabalacat Pampanga, Philippines, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on June 26, 2016.
She served twenty years service in the United States Navy and retired April 30, 1994. Next she pursued a career in the Aerospace industry for 20 years.
She is survived by daughters, Lori McCreary (Walters), Jodi Anderson, her son James Walters. She had three grandsons: Connor, Ethan, John St. James. Four sisters: Efipania Due (Quiocho), Isabelita Due (Batul), Carolina Due (McElroy), Julieta Due (Ramos), her brother, Ferdinand Due, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Asuncion's life will be held Sunday, July 3 in the Aspen Chapel at the Mountain View Funeral Home Celebration of Life Center, followed by a reception in the Willow room.
She loved people, and her laughter was contageous. We loved her and she will be missed. “When someone you love becomes a memory.. that memory becomes a treasure.”
