Arthur Wayne Moore Was born October 4, 1948 in Urbana, IL and passed away on June 6, 2010 in Tacoma, WA. Arthur served in the United States Air Force as a sergeant for 8 years and earned 2 associates degrees at Ft. Steilacoom Community College (Pierce College) in Lakewood, WA. He also earned his Nursing Assistant Certification in Salem, OR and worked for 29 years as a Psychiatric Security Attendant at Western State Hospital. Arthur is survived by his daughters, Alexandra Moore, Starr Moore, and Heather McNish, and wife Kay Moore. Services will be held at 11:00am, June 13, 2010 at Mountain View Funeral Home, Aspen Chapel, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. SW Lakewood, 98499.
