Arthur R. McLaughlin's Obituary
Arthur Â"MacÂ" was born in Everett, WA, June 15, 1923. He passed away at Franciscan Care Center in Tacoma, WA on March 14, 2006.He was employed with Great Northern Railroad. He served in the US Navy during WWII on a submarine tender. Mac retired from the US Postal Service as a counselor for the PAR Program.Mac loved to fish and travel. Each year he followed the Mariners to Phoenix, AZ for spring training with his wife. He loved helping people get their lives back on track after hard times fell upon them. He was a good friend to Bill W. for 47 years.He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Janiell McLaughlin, daughter Kathleen Kelsey, stepsons Mark (Debbie) Mulholland and Theodore (Nanette) Mulholland, and 4 grandchildren.Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 25, 2006 in the Mountain View Garden Chapel.The family would like to especially thank Dr. Senical and all his wonderful staff, and the staff of Franciscan Health Care Center. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Franciscan Health Care.
