Mr Mayberry was my best friend's dad. Rick and I went to high school together and became fast friends. Both of our dads were in the Army at the time. Just a great family. They treated me like a son as my family treated Rick as one of theirs. Prayers and thoughts to the family 7 extended family.
So sorry to hear about Mr. Arthur T Mayberry. He was a great man! He welcomed me into his home and treated me like royalty when I was there. I enjoy the times he would cook and on Sundays we would go to church. He was also very easy to talk to. There will be a void in this world without Mr. Mayberry.
Mrs. Mayberry and Ricky, it is never easy to lose anyone in our life. Praying God will give you whatever your heart needs most right now… That you will feel his love through caring friends, comforting memories, and quiet moments of peace.

Mr Mayberry was and still is a very kind gentleman. I say still is as I will always remember and hold close the visits I had taking care of him during his nursing needs. I enjoyed our visits and conversations, always a smile on his face, he loved the Lord and his family very much. I will always remember even in his not so good days he was always so thankful and such a pleasant man. As his medical condition started to decline he never forgot my face but started calling me Dr. Gordon, he would greet me with a smile and say " hello Dr. Gordon how are you today". Mr Mayberry please know you touched any lives including mine and I will always remember the fine you are. It was a great honor and pleasure taking care of you during your medical needs. May you RIP 🙏 Never to be forgotten
