My deepest sympathy to all the families Grandpa Art touched. Art was a truly caring and special individual. He sure could talk and I will miss his unique sense of humor and the sound of his voice. One of my favorite descriptions was his story of being a kid at home and lying in bed and listening to the geese fly overhead, and how they would laugh at the sound of those squawking geese...And Art laughed as he told me this. I regret that I didn't meet him earlier but I enjoyed the time I got to spend with him and the care and love he showed my grandmother, Hannah.
