Arthur Lee Mungin's Obituary
Arthur Lee Mungin, a longtime resident of Pierce County, passed away at the age of 68 on April 10, 2005, at Madigan Army Medical Center.MSgt Mungin retired after 21 years of honorable service in the U.S. Air Force. Following his retirement, he became an avid gardener. Through experience, and study through Washington State University, MSgt Mungin became a Master Gardener.A funeral service for MSgt Mungin will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, April 15, 2005, at the McChord Air Force Base Protestant Chapel. Private interment will be held later at Tahoma National Cemetery.Remembrances may be donations to the Col. Patrick Madigan Foundation, in memory of MSgt Arthur Mungin. The donations will be used to assist the poor within the city of Tacoma. For information please call 253-926-8663.
