Art Hudtloff's Obituary
Lakewood has lost a lifelong and loved member of this community, Arthur M. Hudtloff. He passed quietly in his sleep on Monday the 12th of December 2022. Art will be missed by many. He was born and raised in Lakewood living most of his childhood days on Lake Steilacoom. He was a Builder and Land Developer in the Lakewood Tacoma areas his entire career. He served as a Fire Commissioner for the Lakewood Fire Department for 33 years. He was also a longtime Member and past President for the Lakewood Rotary Club.
He has been proceeded by his father A.G. Hudtloffg and his mother Dagmar Hudtloff. His sisters, BettyAnn McCormick, Janet Hudtloff Powers and Marlene Thompson. There will be joyous celebrations as he joins his family and many wonderful friends in Heaven who have gone before him. I'm sure they all have him seated ant that big poker table in the sky by now. He is in good hands.
Art is survived by his loving and caring wife, Myrna Hudtloff and his daughter Bonnie Hudtloff Nicholas.
Services will be held at Mountain View Memorial's Aspen Chapel on Monday January 9th at 2 PM.
