Arthur R. Gravseth, a beloved resident of Tacoma, Washington, passed away peacefully on November 17, 2024, just shy of his 94th birthday. Born on November 24, 1930, Arthur lived a life marked by dedication, service, and a deep love for the outdoors.
Arthur proudly served in the U.S. Army and later worked as a small arms repair technician at the Logistics Center at JBLM, a role in which he demonstrated exceptional skill and commitment. After retirement, he continued to apply his meticulous nature and strong work ethic to his personal passions.
An avid outdoorsman, Arthur found joy in hunting and took great pride in maintaining his yard. His green thumb extended beyond his own property, as he often helped his neighbors with their yards, fostering a sense of community and friendship.
Arthur's legacy is one of service, both to his country and his community. He will be remembered for his kindness, his dedication, and his love for the simple pleasures in life.
