Ardis E. Beard's Obituary
Ardis was called home on September 26, 2005 in Lakewood, WA. She was born August 24, 1934 in Omaha, NE where she spent her early life. Ardis loved people and had a special, warm smile for everyone she met. She was a proud member of the NALC Auxillary #202 and the Washington State Old Time Fiddlers Association.Ardis is survived by her husband of 48 years, Jimmie Dale Beard, her daughter Patti Jones, 2 sons Jimmie Jr. and Brian Beard, 2 granddaughters Carolyn and Cynthia Beard, and a large, loving extended family.Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Friday, September 30 at Mountain View Funeral Home. A memorial service to celebrate ArdisÂ' life will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, October 1, 2005 in the Mountain View Valley Chapel.
