Anthony Ray Velasquez's Obituary
On the afternoon of November 26, 2017, our beloved Anthony Ray Velasquez was granted his Crown of Glory. His life will be celebrated with a Celebration of Life service on 6 December, 2017 between 4-6 PM at Mountain View Funeral home. He was born on February 6, 1953 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. His parents were Josephine Viramontes-Cohen and Ignacio (Nash) Wallace. He proudly served his country in the Washington Army National Guard as a Captain in the Transportation Corp. He was a long time resident of Lakewood, Washington. Tony deeply loved his wife and his family and spent his life enjoying playing sports, coaching his grandkids and being with his family and friends. Tony is survived by his wife Rachel and children: Francisca Soto, Anthony Jr (Sue Ellen) Velasquez, and Rueben (Nadine) Velasquez. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great –grandchildren.
