Anthony Reynolds' Obituary
Anthony Reynolds was born January 3rd, 1930 in Bolivar County Missippi to Louada and London Reynolds. The family later settled in Greenville Mississippi. He was the first of three children. He joined the US Army 2 years after graduating from Coleman High School in 1949. In his 30 years with the Army, he received his Legion of Merit Award with the title of Sargeant Major. Following his retirement, he enrolled in Evergreen State College in Olympia WA, and received his Bachelors of Arts on August 31st, 2008. He was a member of St. Matthew African Methodist Episcopal Church. He read his bible daily and enjoyed puzzles and traveling. Anthony is preceded in death by his mother Louada L. Reynolds, father London Reynolds, and sister Maynola Reynolds Foules. He is survived by his wife Tina Reynolds, stepdaughter Marcia Preston, sister Naomi Reynolds Sanders, granddaughter Tiahnah Shaunte Preston, his five nieces Diane Sanders, Sherrye Sanders, Jennifer Sanders Comeaux and Stephanie Foules, Francesca Foules, Tanishia Sandika Montague, and nephew Marcus Foules.
