Anthony Mazzuca's Obituary
Anthony Gaetan Mazzuca Anthony was born October 16, 1924 in Tacoma to the late Louis and Teresa Mazzuca, and passed away February 16, 2014, surrounded by loving family. After graduation from Stadium High School he served in the Army Air Force during World War II as a member of the marching band at Buckley Field, NE. Upon his return he began a 36-year career as a United States Postal Service letter carrier, and became a member of the National Association of Letter Carriers, Branch # 130. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Dona Jeanne, and children Christine, Janet, Charlotte, Thomas, Allison, Carolyn, Pamela, and Daniel, 8 grandchildren, his sisters Betty Benson and Louise Mazzuca, and extended family. He was predeceased by his identical twin brother, Albert, and an infant granddaughter. A funeral service will be held Saturday, February 22nd, at 2:30pm at Praise Covenant Church, 3501 S. Orchard St., Tacoma. To know Anthony was to love and respect him.
