Annette Lorraine Haney's Obituary
Annette L. Haney age 89 of Tacoma, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, sister, and friend went to be with the Lord on April 11, 2014. Annette was born in Index, Washington on July 5, 1924. She is survived by her daughters Pat Otwell, Debbie Kanz (Gary), & Rose Patterson (Dale); her sister Carol Delano (Lee), and grandchildren Shane Roberson, Bob Otwell, Andrea Kanz, Meghan Kanz, Gary Kanz Jr, Matthew Kanz, Jacob Kanz and Melissa Kanz. She was also blessed with six great grandchildren as well as great-great grandchildren. She was a wonderful, loving, caring, sacrificial Mother to her three children, and she will be missed on this earth more than words can express, but we know that we will be reunited in Heaven someday, and that gives great comfort. Annette was lovingly cared for by Tacoma Lutheran Retirement Community before her passing; their acts of kindness have been a distinct blessing to our family. A private burial service will be held. There will be a celebration of her life held on July 5th, which would have been her 90th birthday. This will be a time of sharing, remembering and celebrating her life and the blessing she has been to each of us!
