Anne Norwood was born on October 2, 1946 to William and Grace Hall in San Francisco, California. She passed peacefully on July 4, 2018 in Tacoma, Washington. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. The family would like to let friends and family know there will be a gathering on August 2, 2018 at 4pm at Anne’s house to share memories and stories. This will be a pot luck style gathering.
