Anne Hackett's Obituary
Anne Hackett, 74, of Puyallup passed away peacefully February 28, 2016. Born April 30, 1941 in Battersea, London, England. Anne was a restaurant manager in Vancouver, WA and Reno, NV. Mom was a hardworking woman and loved to cook, garden, crossword puzzles, the Seahawks, and spending quality time with her family. She was a member of the Cooking Club of America and had an unwavering faith in God, becoming a soldier of The Salvation Army, Puyallup Valley Corps November 25, 2007. She is survived by her sons, Jeffrey Hackett and John Hipp; daughter, Teri Ryan: brothers Fred Crump, Charles McSwain, Lloyd McSwain and sisters Jean Boyer, Sue Bowman, Debbie Crockett. She is preceded in death by her husband Jim Hackett and her sister Nancy Rogers. A special thanks to the entire staff at Stafford at Ridgemont for the warm and loving care she received. Mom always spoke so fondly about all of you. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 12 at 2:00 p.m. in the Valley Chapel at Mountain View Memorial Park.
