Annabel Neal's Obituary
Annabel Zanetell Neal, 91, passed away August 31, 2014, with her family by her side in Gig Harbor, Wash.
Annabel was born October 24, 1922, in Aguilar, Colorado to Joseph and Emma Zanetell.
Ann was loving, generous, dedicated and spirited. In her final hours, her family reflected on countless times laughing with her; her beautiful singing voice; her love of football; and her amazing cooking skills--especially for large family parties and cookouts. In addition to these amazing personal traits, Ann was well respected professionally with her tenure at Bank of America in Glendale, California, and at the U.S. Forest Service in Gunnison, Co.
Ann lived in Gunnison, Colorado for more than 40 years, and had relocated to Washington to be close to her family and for a deeper level of care.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Clyde; daughters Diane (Kim) and Mauneen (Greg); granddaughter Aimee (Ken); great-grandchildren Annabel, Collin and Emelia; siblings Evelyn Andrews, Richard Zanetell, Bob Zanetell (Joann), Frank Zanetell (Marlene), Joe Zanetell (Myrna); as well as countless nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
She loved her family deeply, and was equally loved in return. A celebration of Ann's life will be held in her long-time home of Gunnison, Colorado on October 4th. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made to the National Alzheimer's Association.
