I was sad to learn of Uncle Andy's passing. I too remember Uncle Andy's love of food and remember those shared moments around the kitchen table. Uncle Andy even shared that swimming hole with our family on several occasions. He will be missed! Ruby and I have and will continue to remember the family in our thoughts and prayers!

Bro Seago was a wonderful role model, leader and a special servant of the Lord. I often joke that my address growing up was the church's address and that my family included so many people that made up our lives in the churches that we were a part of. I truly felt that the Seagos were part of our family and that I had many speacial cousins and my heart is so touched today in those memories. My husband, Al, served on the pulpit committe that called Andy and Doris from Texas to serve in the Parkland Baptist Church in 1955. God's hand was at work. What a blessing to the Pac NW. I'm sure the angels in heaven are rejoicing to receive our beloved Andy.

I had the opportunity to know "Mr. Seago" or "Andy" for a brief amount of time during my high school days, I always walked away from those encounters with the utmost respect for him and the wonderful family he raised. We were so.... blessed to be able to have had Andy touch our lives. He was there to help us in raising our family and to help along with my father to build North Auburn Baptist Church. I am sure there was a beautiful reunion with my father the day Andy passed. They are in heaven in Gods arms. He will be missed. "Thanks for the memories." is an expression that has been used many times and is definitely appropriate upon learning of Uncle Andy's going home to be with God and the family that has preceded him to heaven. Although many of the family may not be aware of it, Uncle Andy was a great encourager when I was trying to decide about going to the seminary. Although he will be missed physically, we know that now he is at "home" with his Heavenly Father. We will continually lift the family up in prayer as they mourn his death and honor his life.

Uncle Andy has always been a favoiate to me. I remember our trips in the 50's with mother and Dad to Tacoma and going up to Mt. Ranieer and swimming in the cold stream at the campground. The great plum trees in the yard. I am also happy that I was able to visit with uncle Andy and Aunt Doris at Mothers 94th birthday in BR. I will always remember Uncle as a soft spoaken Gentleman who loved our Lord with all his heart. With much sorrow I bid Uncle Andy farewell. Aunt Doris and all of my cousions, We love all of you.

I was so sorry to hear of Uncle Andy's passing today, but as so many have said already, he lived a long, fulfilled life. I can see him now sitting around the kitchen table eating blackeyed peas, okra, fresh tomatoes and onions!! We think of all of you often and have you in our prayers.
